Freeze Dry Your Own Produce

Have your own fruits, veggies, or herbs that you’d like freeze dried for you? We offer freeze drying services at the price of $10 per tray. Trays are 9” × 20.5” x .75”. You are expected to bring your product to our location fully prepped (diced, shredded, sliced, etc.) and individually frozen (not a big clump) so that we can just dump it onto our trays and stick it in the freeze dryer. ONLY fruit, vegetable, or herb items that can be freeze dried will be accepted. No peanut allergen items allowed. You are also required to bring along your own mason jars or mylar bags with oxygen absorbers for us to put your product into afterwards. Then we will let you know once your product is ready for pick-up.
